Customers may manage subscriptions at any time by skipping or rescheduling shipments, changing delivery frequency, updating the type of CPAP mask liner due to mask changes, and updating the shipping address or payment method. Customers may also pause their subscription by following the instructions under our article titled "How to Pause"
Changes take effect immediately upon submission for all future shipments. Any orders or shipments in processing or in transit cannot be changed; however, the RemZzzs® Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
