A customer can pause their subscription by using any of the following methods:
Through the customer’s online account:
Once logged into the customer’s online account, the customer can click "Subscriptions," select their active subscription, then scroll down to “Cancel Subscription.” A pop-up window will appear allowing the customer to select a pause duration of 1, 2 or 3 months. The customer’s subscription will auto-renew on the date shown in the pop-up window.
