Once an order has entered processing or is in transit, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

This applies to all orders, including:

• One-time retail purchases
• Subscription-generated orders

Updates to a subscription account typically apply to future orders only and do not affect orders that are already in processing or in transit.

Orders that have already shipped or are in transit are subject to the RemZzzs® Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.

Requests submitted:

• After the cutoff time of 1:00 p.m. Eastern time
• On Fridays
• Before weekends or holidays
