When we approve a return or exchange, it is based on the number of unopened boxes the customer tells us they will be sending back. Whenever possible, we send the replacement or exchange right away to avoid delays in your therapy routine.After your return arrives, we carefully check that all boxes are:<ul><li>Unopened</li><li>In original shrink-wrap</li><li>In restockable condition</li></ul>If fewer boxes are returned than originally reported:We will adjust your account for the value of any missing boxes. This may include a charge to the original payment method.If boxes are returned but cannot be restocked:A box is considered non-restockable if:<ul><li>The shrink-wrap seal is broken</li><li>The box has been opened</li><li>Packaging is torn or damaged</li><li>The contents appear handled or disturbed</li></ul>In these cases:<ul><li>We will complete the replacement or exchange you were issued</li><li>Then, we will adjust your account for the value of any boxes that cannot be restocked</li><li>Non-restockable boxes may receive a reduced credit or no credit, depending on condition</li></ul>Why this is necessary:Since RemZzzs® liners are single-use, once a box is opened or handled, it cannot be resold. We want to make exchanges fast and easy, but we also need to ensure returned product is the condition originally stated.Our goal is always to be fair and transparent while protecting product integrity.
