Incorrect or damaged ordersUpdated a month ago


If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please do not discard any items or packaging.

Please contact Customer Care with:

  1. your name 
  2. order number
  3. a brief description of the issue
  4. clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item  
  5. a photo of the shipping packaging if damaged

In some cases, items may need to be returned for inspection. If a return is required, a prepaid shipping label will be provided at no cost.

Once verified, we will replace the product promptly and file any necessary carrier claims on our end.
