Cancellations take effect immediately upon submission.
Customers receive confirmation of cancellation.
After cancellation, no product will be shipped or billed unless the customer chooses to reactivate.
No refunds will be issued.
Please Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the applicable processing date listed in the customer’s account to avoid the next scheduled shipment. Orders that are already processing or in transit cannot be canceled; however, the RemZzzs® Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
