In most cases, RemZzzs® will begin processing orders received before the cutoff time on the same day the order is received and will begin processing orders received after the cutoff time on the next business day.
Submission BEFORE the cutoff does not guarantee that an order can be changed, canceled, or processed the same day.
All requests remain subject to:
- Third-party fulfillment operations
- Order processing status
- Carrier pickup schedules
- Business-day timing
Fulfillment systems may begin processing orders prior to the cutoff time, at which point changes may no longer be possible.

In limited cases, our team may review whether alternative handling options are available through our corporate office. Expedited or manual handling is not guaranteed and depends on order status, timing, staff availability, and carrier constraints.
