Subscriptions renew automatically unless paused or canceled by the customer.

RemZzzs® will give the customer an annual reminder of the renewal at least 15 days, but no more than 45 days, before the renewal. The notice will be sent using the same method of communication as used to enroll in the subscription plan and identify the product, the length and any additional terms of the renewal period, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel.
